Now, you may not think content marketing has much to do with books or stories, but a large part of its appeal to customers is its ability to add narrative to a brand’s marketing. While TV, print, online and billboard ads zoom by, flashing a brand in front of the consumer and giving them half a minute or less to take in the product and what it does, content marketing takes the long, slow road to engagement.
